「Sehr schöne Lage, jedoch war die Unterkunft sehr schmutzig, jede Menge Mückenleichen an den Wänden. Der Boden und der Rest waren noch sehr dreckig. Ratten auf der Terrasse! Schwimmbad Aqua Mundo war echt toll. Jedoch war das mit Abstand der teuerste Urlaub (fast 2300 Euro im Premium Haus für 1 Woche) den wir je hatten mit der enttäuschendsten Unterkunft. Ansonsten war die Anlage schön und in Ordnung.」

「We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. I was with a family of 5, and none of us had ever rowed a boat a day in our lives. Had i known this upfront i would never have booked this lodge. THIS ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH...

「nice hotel and location. Staff was excellent and super courteous. Especially Badr at reception desk who went extra mile to support and the asian lady at breakfast section. A smile and a nice black coffee is all you need to begin your day. 」

"Very nice hotel to stay in for a business trip. Convenient shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The room space is reasonable. It was busy when checked in as a full bus of visitors arrived at the hotel at the same time, but it did not take too long until we got our room key. I will stay at this hotel again."
