「Entire stay was perfect. But it was explained to me at checkin that if I signed on with Accor that we would begin accruing points during our stay. I did sign up but found there were no credits because I used my American Express card to book the stay. Just left me disappointed. These comments were from a previous stay. On 3/8/25 we had a great experience again. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And a big shout to Mac at reception!」

「I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. 」
