「All staff of this hotel are very nice especially Ms Chebe. We had a very pleasant stay. 」

「Great hotel, rooms comfortable and clean and with plenty of space for travel cot (provided) and with our buggy in the room. The room also included a fridge as well as a microwave which was great for travelling with a baby. Very friendly staff, the GSM on during some of our stay was also excellent. The hotel is a great location, short walk to the town, we got a train from the station located next to the hotel to the riverside museum and walking distance to the Kelvingrove attractions as well.」

「Yotel Hotel酒店房間內基本照明不足；且沒有提供如拖鞋、飲用瓶裝水、電熱水器、牙刷、飲用品、行李架等的基本用品或設施。個人覺得以一間“酒店”而非“青年旅舍”標準作為收費的房間，酒店方不應及不能借環保為由而去剝削或削減客人付費應享的服務、設備、日用品及客房清潔服務等，而實則是為減省自身營運成本及增加利潤。酒店所處位置不錯，便於出行、餐飲及購物。」
