「My partner and myself had a lovely stay. The staff are very friendly , polite and professional , with nothing being too much trouble. 「Absolutely loved our trip for valentines weekend, the place was lovely and staff super helpful and friendly. Room was clean, our only gripe that while the bed was comfy, the base of the bed had seen better days and was incredibly squeaky with the slightest movement. Not good for a valentines getaway, but rheres always got to be something. Informed the staff and they said they'd ask the cleaner to check it out. I would highly recommend Lamb and Flag for a stay, and at the time of this review....

「Stayed a couple of nights while visiting the area. Quite easy to find - though the road we were driving in on was closed due to an accident, so had to drive a 25 or so mile diversion to get to it, when we were less than 4 miles. 「Lots of parking, lovely dining room and food. Hot tub, swimming pool and sauna on site, which was great and a very welccome surprise. Our room was excellent, extremely warm and comfy, and with amazing views. Aa very easy walk into town for mooching round the shops and pubs etc, plus of course the castle ruins. 「Quite remote. Staff gave us free left over curry which was very nice. Beverage options are vast. About a 30 minute drive from pen y fan. Only had WiFi in the main rooms though. No signal or WiFi in the room we were in. We only stayed for one night so it didn’t matter for us. cheap and cheerful. 」
