Very nice space and awesome breakfast but service is really “slow” and so so. Location is great too.
We had breakfast at 9am inside the villa, it’s very nice breakfast but no one came to clean it until 2pm after we finished the breakfast. We requested to have it clean when we go to the spa for 2 hrs, still not cleaned until 4pm. The weather is quite hot and humid here, so by 4pm it kinda stinks and flies are gathering.
The spa space is very nice. But the booking system is not effective at all. I have to asked for 4 different person to have my manucuire booked. Everytime the person says s/he will check and come back but never come back and I have to ask all over again 4 times within 2 days to actually have it booked. And when I was doing it, my booking only have enough time to do my nails removal but not the paint and a guy came in to asked me to move to continue in my villa then left and I have no idea what’s going on so I just left after my gel nail polish removal. P.s. they do not have proper machine for gel nail removal as well.
I also booked a private transfer from the hotel to Lombok airport. Same thing, I had to explain to 4 differnt persons I want a private transfer from hotel to Lombok airport which is on their “service menu” for 75 euro. I booked with them at this price because I didn’t want the hassle but it was totally not the case.
