「The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of...

「Love the place very clean n friendly stuffs 」

「Hôtel très bien situé, au calme, au centre ville, mais on peut tout faire à pied si on est valide. Le parking est réellement un avantage. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte sur des creneaux un peu plus large car le matin 8h c'est un peu tôt alors qu'on aimerait en profiter jusqu'à 20h, et aussi le dimanche après-midi. Chambres propres, sobres, équipées de ce qu'il faut pour entretenir si on y reste quelques jours. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Les petites informations en terme de vivre...

「You MUST put a comment for two single beds when you book. When you show up they will say they cannot make a double into two singles on demand. They will make you upgrade to a bigger room. I don’t know why. In Ireland the maid can change it in 5 minutes. The rooms are carpeted. The bus to the grotto is across the street. Also the taxi line is across the street at the train station. Very nice breakfast. 」

「Make sure if you need a taxi for the next day to the train station or airport that you get it through the front desk the day before. No uber in lourdes」

「Lovely hotel with great rooms (large) free WiFi and an excellent location for walking to the Lourdes grotto and Basilica. Only issue is parking. Onsite parking is 27€ per day at the hotel, however free overnight parking available in the public parking opposite the hotel. A recommended stay for those visiting Lourdes」

Vriendelijke medewerkers, gezelligheid hoog in het vaandel, nette kamers met goede schone bedden. ruim voldoende linnengoed en dagelijkse schoonmaak van de kamer. Hier kennen de medewerkers je persoonlijk en voel je je als klant gewaardeerd.」

「Un hôtel de bonne qualité, très propre et bien rangé. Le tarif est très correct. L'équipe est attentionnée. L’hôtel possède son parking privé, c’est très pratique. Mais sans climatisation en pleine été, c’est un peu compliqué.」
