Looks like a great summer destination. Place was empty on my visit which meant the restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast or dinner when I arrived. Asked for a floor level room and told it was all booked up?? There were three cars in the lot so was a little disappointed that they were not willing to accommodate as they don’t have an elevator to the second floor.. small Inconvenience

The room had several small imperfections: damage to the wall from the main door, door stoppers damaged the door, and mold developing in the shower. I would appreciate a property with better hallway noise dampening so I'm not roused at 6am by someone simply walking by the room. Likewise, while I paid extra for a balcony, it was totally unusable. Expedia also did not post the winter hours for amenities, which vary significantly to summer availability (e.g. no breakfast during the week and no dinner Mon and Tues.) While I can appreciate that snowfall was very heavy and I wasnt going at peak season, I'm not thrilled at having been charged more for extras that were never available. Credit where it's due, though, the staff here were very friendly and efficient. Thanks for your efforts, I venture this place would be a much better experience in the summer, being as close to the water as it is.

Great location if you are boating in the area. Lots of dock space available. The rooms are a bit dated, however, very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing dinner and breakfast in the dining room on the property and really enjoyed it. The staff are incredible, very friendly and excellent service.
