Paying a bond can be so stressful because sometimes it takes forever to get the bond back & last time we stayed at the lighthouse they stuffed up big time. Loved staying at the Admiral & will definitely stay there again in future.」

I found this considerably challenging and upsetting, so raised my concerns with the reception staff. The manager appreciated my issues with the room, and was kind enough to move me to a nicer room, which I was very happy with. 10/10 for the service I received. 」
