Staff open our room twice, even though I had a no disturb sign outside on the door, after the second time we got a phone call from the lobby and they make me go down stairs to explain to them who I was and why I was on that room, I show the receptionist my key, I had to give her my name again, I told her that they open my room twice and she just reply by saying “I know” like if it wasn’t a big deal, I ask her why and she said that the staff reported that room as vacant and that our room was on a different floor so I show her my keys and the envelope with the room number and she just simply said that it was now fix, I then ask her how come it took two times for the staff to open the room twice in two hours and they never nock before they opened it and again she just told me again “is ok is fix now.
