Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. 「I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. Overall services are on high level and pretty much whole personnel speaks english. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for quiet place, quality interiors and great views. 」

「The hostess and host are so welcoming they make this pension an amazing place to stay, the hostess was always present whenever we needed anything and made sure everyone at dinner was happy and had a good day, the host gave us great recommendations for walks/hikes to do in the Tatras.
