The check in process for the hotel was very smooth. Unfortunately, when we got to our room, we found that there was some sort of mold on the carpet underneath the air conditioner that literally had a mushroom growing out of it. We took pictures, presented them to the front desk. The manager did move our room to an upgraded room, but we were told there was nothing more they could do with the exception of any drinks we want would be on the house because I booked through Expedia and not through them directly. I did expect the room to be a little brighter from the pictures on the website, the air conditioner was noisy, and overall just disappointed in the room and that it was not what I expected with what I paid for the room. The staff was very friendly and the manager did appear very upset about our finding. We visit that area about once a year for concerts and unfortunately, I can say that I will not use this hotel again.
