「Friendly helpful staff」

「Check in was a bit late. Our room got pretty cold at night as the hest could not keep up. It was very cold outside so i undertand. But with 2 little kids it wa sless than ideal. The team was super helpful and eventually got it all fixed. Great servoce and very friendly. 」

「The staff was lovely, from check in, to cleaning, etc. -- farmhouse style room and the building is still new (I think they said 2021?). There was minor minimal damage to the tub but had all the amenities and needs covered. Would absolutely stay again and or recommend to a friend. 」

「The room was spacious and clean, conveniently located in downtown Colorado Springs. Everything is within walking distance, with many restaurants just outside the hotel. The only downside is the parking situation; the hotel doesn’t have its own garage, so you’ll need to park on the street and pay the meter or opt for valet service, which incurs an extra fee. Overall, I still recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in downtown.」
