「A very speedy change to an accessible room on arrival which was very spacious and quiet. For us, the overnight temperature was a bit too warm, and being on the ground floor didn't feel opening a window was a sensible option! But we managed!」

「It was a excellent stay, nice clean caravan perfect size for a couple or family of four. Just opposite club house, good if you don't mind a little noise till about 12, which we didn't mind at all. 」

「Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. 「I was very happy with the room itself and the price I paid for it booking only couple of days beforehand. Nice and fresh with lots of storage and a clean ensuite bathroom I'd compare the facilities to Travelodge or Ibis(but no TV). However. This being a university campus, it was A bit difficult to find and park in the correct place and was quite a walk to reception and the actual room. Got given a map of the campus and had to find the room myself. Not the easiest task with a luggage -just Keep...
