"Elevator out of service. Nobody in until 9 am to help with luggage. Disappointed with that. Had to empty all of the trash in your room and take to dumpster or you will be charged a fee. Im not a messy person, but i am on vacation and paying a lot to stay at they hotel. Check in is too late 5pm needs to be a little earlier for the price"

Staff at the hotel are excellent, happy to answer questions and advise. The only negative is that the hotel is a bit dated and needs attention e.g. the decor is dated and our twin room only had two working plug sockets and they were not in a convenient place."
