「Die öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbüffet überschaubar aber gut. Nur eine Sorte Brot fanden wir etwas wenig. Den Wellnessbereich kann man so nicht bezeichnen. Der Wirlpool war in einem anderen Teil des Hotels, als die Sauna untergebracht. Und man musste ab 13.00Uhr Geld für die Nutzung bezahlen. Die Hotelzimmer waren ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Man hat aber gesehen, dass das Hotel weiter modernisiert werden soll.」

「The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc...」

Excellent Location, needs more communication

"The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment. I feel that the hotel should provide better information to visitors about the amenities and facilities they offer. Had I known about the sauna earlier, I could have taken advantage of it during my stay. The lack of communication led to a feeling of disappointment upon discovering this feature on my final night. Overall, the hotel's strengths lie in its convenient location and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. However, the hotel management should focus on improving their communication with guests to ensure they are aware of all the benefits the hotel has to offer."
