「Die Jufa Hotels sind einfache sehr kinderfreundliche Hotels. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ebenfalls einfach, aber sehr gut und wird immer wieder neu befüllt. Für Kinder sind auch direkt beim Hotel ein paar Tiere zum Streicheln. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht.」

「I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...

「Das Hotel besticht durch das äußerst nette Personal und das exzellente Service. Zum perfekten Urlaub in dieser Preisklasse fehlen nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Bei der Ankunft wäre ein Willkommensgruß nett (Getränk, "Betthupferl",..) schade fanden wir, dass der Wellnessbereich nur bis 19:00geöffnet ist-nach dem Abendessen nochmal schwimmen gehen, hätte auch etwas.
