「Booked a cabin last minute during a snow storm for me and my two Border Collies. The owner actually called me to make sure that I knew it was a camping cabin - which I thought was super nice. He brought down a second heater in case the first one didn’t warm the cabin up enough. It was a camping cabin so rustic. Accidentally entered wrong date of arrival but attendant from the facility called me immediately and kindly changed the date without hesitation and even offered a better room. It was Christmas eve and the office communicated to make sure they would still be in the office when we arrived to ensure we received keys. They waited until we arrived and check in was so easy. 「Room was clean and comfortable. Has a coffee maker and microwave which is nice for putting together a breakfast. Walls were thin and we could hear some loud guests in the room next door (or upstairs?) after we had gone to sleep. Would stay there again, but would put in earplugs as I went to sleep.」
