Upon checking in nobody was at the front desk. Rang the bell for service and a several minutes a lady appeared. She was dressed in street clothing with nothing to indicate she was an employee, not even a name tag. Pool and hot tub not working at time of visit and it was the only reason I chose this hotel to begin with. Was told because I booked using Expedia nothing can be done for me. I did the “express” check in prior to my arrival. Save your time and just don’t do it because I still had to provide my ID and credit card plus fill out vehicle information when I had already done prior to my arrival including sending in a photo of my ID. My room was on the 3rd floor and upon coming out of the elevator the entire hallway was full of dirty linen and towels on the floor outside all the doors. This was at 3pm, left my room again at 630pm and was still in the hallway on the floor. Room was dirty still, floors dirty, food on lamp shade. Garbage under sink cabinet in bathroom so clearly not swept or clean and toilet paper was in trash in bath still. Bed was clean so that was a plus and no evidence of bed bugs seen.
I booked this stay for leisure, wanted a little getaway since I had a 3 day weekend. Super disappointed with my stay and the amount of money I spent for amenities that were not available.
