「The hotel met our needs for our short stay but I was not impressed with the room we were given. The window was covered with a plastic film and we could not see out! When I opened the window the view was of a roof top covered with air conditioning units. It would have been nice to be able to see the sky!」

「My stay at the residence inn was very nice the staff was great. Unfortunately, I booked a room with a pull out couch and they put me in a room with out one. I feel that if they was unable to fulfill what I needed and paid for then I should have been able get a lower rate or an upgrade. When I checked in the staff member didn’t inform me of this until I called downstairs. If it was communicated by the staff member of the unfortunate circumstances of the room and the inability to have what I paid...
