The hotel per se, is not terrible. It’s remodeled, looks decent enough and the price is ok.
What makes this hotel so terrible is the lack of customer service and the utter rudeness and dismissive behavior of the staff. Check in experience was terrible, was done by a tablet with someone overseas. Who was not very nice or accomodating. After I requested a room 3x with a pull out couch for my son, he confirmed they all have and the one assigned to us didn’t. He refused to change the room for us even after he confirmed he had one available. He literally refused and said “this is the room you booked, not me” EXCUSE ME?
Besides that, we figured it out and tried to make the best of it only to wake up on Sunday with a completely flooded room with SEWER WATER. front desk attendant was dismissive saying not to worry that it was water from the dehumidifier. I had to argue so he can go check the room, then they realized it was sewer water thanks smelled horrible and had black particles. Other rooms had the same issue and complained as well. Then they blamed the city, not their sewage system.
Point blank, don’t even bother. Maybe if they change the staff, it’ll be worth it.
