Very nice place to stay. They have free beach chairs and beach unbrellas for staying guests. The beach is right across from hotel with a crosswalk to easily cross. There is free water in the lobby too. Very pleasant workers.

My room was very clean. Housekeeping came in daily to clean, make the beds, and change towels….. a service one doesn’t see as much these days. All staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The only concern I had was at breakfast. It is served in an open covered patio. Many birds of all sizes were there… some extremely aggressive. They would land on the tables while guests were eating and try and grab food. They also walked on tables and perched on chairs which is unhygienic. I got my hand in a pile of droppings which I didn’t see one morning. Despite that I would definitely come back to this hotel again if I am in the area. If they could put up screens of some sort to keep the birds out that would be great.

Directly across A1A from the beach, free limited parking, breakfast included (coffee was delicious), complimentary beach chairs and could walk to any kind of restaurant or bar that you would like. Staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

Awesome older hotel with friendly helpful staff. Rooms were very clean although air fresheners were a little strong at times. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were so nice to have and we greatly appreciated the free bottled water.

We've just returned from our third stay at Premier, and once again, we had a great experience. The hotel’s location is perfect—right across the street from the beach—so there’s no need to rent a car. A complimentary breakfast is included with the room, which is a great perk, and the coffee is excellent! While the rooms are small, especially the bathroom, they are very clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is outstanding—always prompt and efficient. The hotel includes a deck overlooking the street and beach; we love sitting there and watching the world go by. The hotel also provides beach chairs and umbrellas, which is a huge plus for beach-goers. With restaurants within walking distance and everything so convenient, we genuinely have no complaints. We can't wait to return!

I love the hotel. It has a great location in front of the beach. It has 2 pools, one heated, and a good breakfast. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel like at home. The room was spacious and with everything you need. I definitely go back.

This was our 2nd time staying and once again Premiere did not disappoint! There are so many great things I’ll try to include them all in my review. First of all, staff is friendly and very hospitable! Hotel is very clean, one of their 2 swimming pools is very warmly heated, free chairs and sand toys to use. Free Parking, free daily hot breakfast, free use of their super nice propane grills, nice sun deck on second floor, and above all of these great things is the beds and blankets are SUPER COMFY. I slept better all 3 nights here than I do at home! I did read in the reviews a couple of things I feel the need to mention. One, yes the buildings are dated. Who cares?! If you’re looking for new, prepare to spend A LOT more money next door at the Conrad. Another thing was we didn’t have any hot water not sure if it’s bc we were on the 3rd floor( with a balcony and nice view of ocean might I add oh yes that was a free upgrade by the way!) but the kids and I didn’t complain to front desk as it wasn’t a huge deal. It was still luke warm to take a shower. That’s all that counts. Personally, I just love hot water, but again this trip was only for 3 nights so no big deal. Housekeeping every day? Yes if you want it! They are efficient and good at what they do. Thank you! This place also has the best prime location! We absolutely loved walking right across the street to the beach and walking down to various restaurants and shops. Thank you so much to entire staff!!

Great experience, great big room. The bathroom is quite small and cramped when looking at the size of the room but aside from that the room is very spacious and clean. We had the 2 beds in the room and kitchen with fridge, stove microwave and other countertop appliances which was very conviennent. The only downer was the pool. It felt like it wasn’t clean. There are stains on the floor of the pool, ok talking about the one next to the parking lot. I didn’t see anyone cleaning it all week long so it wasn’t tempting to go inside. I didn’t touch the pool in my 8 day stay. This is something to improve on! Il would then give it a slide 4 stars. The staff was great and super friendly. At the reception they offer curtesy water bottles. They also offer beach chairs and umbrellas. They offer continental breakfast everyday, which is great! I would visit this hotel again!

I ENJOYED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. I STAYED THERE FOR 5 WEEKS OVER THE Christmas & New Years period and no complaints. It is an older hotel along the beach area near newer high end hotels like The Paramount, The Atlantic, Conrad, Hilton , Four Seasons but for me its the cleanliness, comfortable beds breakfast, onsite 24/ 7 staff at reception and welcoming restaurant i enjoyed . YOU are not wondering if your room will be cleaned without the need to chase someone down. There are many places to eat in the area plus a very friendly bar & restauraunt. They do their very best with this family run hotel and would highly recommend. If available on my next trip to Florida, i want to return .
