「Everything worked well in the villa we stayed in. Some minor improvements would be coat hangers on the wall and door mats to clean snowy boots on. The pillows werent that comfortable, bring your own. Great space for a small family. Lots of deer hanging around, beautiful views. 」

「Massanutten itself is a great facility, but a bit dated in a lot of ways. They keep adding new things, but do not really keep what they have current or updated. 」

Front office staff was pleasant and accommodating both times (It was the same woman both times...I just can't remember her name. ) If you are going to stay here, you so need to bring a hair dryer, conditioner (shampoo is provided), creamer( if you don't like French vanilla)」
