DO NOT STAY HERE! This property is filthy and rude. I paid in full for a King room during a sports trip with my daughter, and upon checking in, I was told I had booked a single Queen room. Not only did I overpay, but the room we got (room 311) smelled like urine and cleaning products, and I asked to switch rooms. They told me none were available and NEVER offered any refund, discount, or even an apology! I suffered for two nights in the room and filed a claim with Expedia to get my money back. Upon several attempts to get a refund, it was denied. I will NEVER stay at an IHG hotel again—Flithy and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They should not be in business.
