「Front desk person was so kind, friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his professionalism and warm manner when checking in after a long drive. The breakfast staff was on the ball, cleaning, prepping and greeting everyone warmly. The hot tub was lovely.」

「I spent three nights at this hotel with my family. Overall, the hotel has a lot of good qualities—it's clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment. However, despite being a no-smoking area, the smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable in the reception area, hallways, and near the car park, where lots of spent cigarette sticks were also found close to room windows. This was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast could be improved to meet expectations. With these issues...
