「Our stay at the Village Highlands Ranch was great. We got there after dark, but had no trouble finding the place. It’s well lit. Check in was a breeze. Rooms are cleaned and beds made every day. There’s a spot for a bonfire; a great way to connect with other guests. Great location; very close to Lassen National. We had a great time. Will stay here again. 」

「Paradise is recovering from the Camp Fire about 5 years ago, but the community is bouncing back. The Best Western seems pretty new, and I was very happy with experience. The room was clean and modern, there was actually 3 packs of regular coffee - thats a first, and I love the complimentary breakfast.」

「Even though it was an over nighter. It was a great stay. To the friendly desk and check in, to the free breakfast that wasn't just dry eggs and stale toast. The room was very clean and the surroundings where quiet. All around great stay.」

「It's not the nicest room I've stayed in, but it was excellent for the value. The Inn area was blocked off with a fence, so I felt very safe. There was lots of parking, so I was able to park right next to my room. Got to check in early, and the staff was very friendly. There were a few shops and food spots nearby, so I had fun exploring around. Great location with downtown Chico only 5 mins away. The breakfast was pretty minimal, but was better than nothing. The water pressure was great, but...

「Good location close to HWY 99 Most rooms have been redone, but I always seem to find issues. Everything from toilets that run continuously to chips on the bathroom counters that could cut u and loose shower towel bars. Lounge food is mediocre don't order the pizza. Beer selection is good with local IPA's. I would probably give this hotel a 6/10 and Ive slept in a lot of hotels as a travel nurse. I like it because of the location.」

「It has clearly had updated that kept costs down. But it was very clean and the bed was good. The lighting and electric plugs were lacking, and the internet didn't work well. 」
