「Checking in on Saturday. Talking Stick email us at 2:55 PM and said that the room was ready. We got there at 3:35 to check in and the lady at the front desk said they we're sold out for the night and our room wasn't ready. Check in time is at four o'clock and the room might be ready after that. She was not very helpful and very rude. 」

「We had some difficulties with getting housekeeping to come clean our room each day during our stay (even though we were told they would). Took three nights and multiple phone calls to the front desk to get fresh towels in our room daily. Other than that the stay was good. 」

"Upon arriving at the airport, I called the hotel for airport pick up service. I don’t know what happened that I had to wait for one hour at the instructed waiting area ! However it arrived within just a few minutes after I called again. "
