「This property is perfectly placed for skiers… beside a ski rental shop and bus stop. The apartment met our needs with a fridge/microwave/cook top plus a balcony. We had twin beds with puffy pillows and duvets. Staff were helpful and kind. Check in is at a different location (Alpen Spa resort), staff there were pleasant and kind, provided us with a glass of Preseco on arrival. The Spa at this resort is phenomenal… well worth 20 Swiss Francs for a day pass. 」

「This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly.」

「The apartment is great but getting back to apartment is a long walk with stairs, not easy for old age. Otherwise，everything is great and comfortable. 」

「The person in charge of the hotel is very satisfied with the arrangement. The design of the hotel is unique and the location is very convenient. There are many shops nearby, which makes our tour very happy.」

「It is really not convenient to carry luggage to the building because there are many stairs down to the building. Therefore, if you are not young and strong, it’s better not to consider staying here. 」

「The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.」

「It’s really good experience. Nice location, very near to Matterhorn Express. Here is free shuttle bus to train station. Near to grocery shop. Full kitchen wears. Good size of rooms. 」

「Room is closed to the stations, with a nice balcony. The room is smaller than I expected but has all we need. We cooked with no problem. The shampoo and shower gels that’s provided is organic and we love it. Tonia was very helpful showing us all info we needed. The only thing a little bother was the beds with wheels which easily slipped away. But overall we enjoyed our time there. 」

「We were upgraded to the room with Matterhorn view. The room itself was far more spacious than what we had expected with simple but pleasant decoration. Swimming pool and sauna room were absolutely bonus. And the porter service from and to the train station really provided great facility.」

Food was ok (or “good” in Swiss standard). The hotel was quite old yet the rooms were renovated. The toilet was small but functional. The room was not too spacious. You can still have 2 large suitcases opened at the same time. The bed was soft, and the pillow was basically non-existent. Not supportive at all. Had to put some clothes under the pillow. The handle of the window needed a repair. Staff wasn’t very passionate. Wasn’t rude by any means though. Not sure if that was a Swiss thing or not. "

無限雪景的小木屋

"此飯店check in和入住的地方不同，到時稍為小找了一下。房間兩面對外窗，而且有小陽台，坐在屋內就可看到雪景，讓心情很愉悅，另外，熱水很感謝櫃台人員提供，讓我們可以吃泡麵。缺點就是隔音不太好，可聽到隔壁講話的聲音，另外，上廁所的地方只有半透明的窗廉，沒有遮光布，上廁所讓人很不安心，很怕被看光。因為地點離車站不遠，又在熱鬧的小鎮上，整體還是非常滿意的。 "
