Nice location in Santa Croce, but a few things... The room we had (Giove) had a very cool Medici-sleeping chamber vibe, with forced perspective murals on every wall, high ceilings with exposed beams & a large elaborate light fixture hanging down. I make note of the light fixture, as it bounced & wobbled from a large group of children (??) running & tumbling on the floor above, all the way until 7PM. The desk clerk said, "Oh, that must be the school," as if that was a given. There would be an adult shouting, "Uno, due, tre, PRONT-O-O-O!," followed by stomps & thuds across the ceiling.
And, while there was a bed, they must have forgotten the "breakfast" part of "B&B". The spread consisted of some cheese, some packaged dried-toast. We were offered croissants & coffee, but, it was very poor overall.
