「The hotel location is very good nearby the riverside. but the cleanliness and sanitary condition wasn't acceptable. There are too many ants in the living room,bed room as well as in the kitchen. Then I informed the landlord and he brought the Insecticide to kill most of these ants, he apologized and explained due to the weather caused so many ants moving in the house, my boy was very scared and he felt very disgusting of it. In the early morning still few ants appears from time to time, they...

「Property in location very near city centre, communication with agent excellent, property does require some minor maintenance which the agent accepted and said they would address ( cracked floor tiles kitchen area, fridge door does not close properly, some stains on carpet area). Overall a good property in a great location.」

「Enjoyed our stay. It was lovely that there was tea, coffee and dish soap! The apartment was very central and handy for the train station. Would return in a heart beat」

「Although free parking is available, it is not on site parking, it's a 7 minute walk away. Access into the property is on the first floor (up a flight of stairs because the lift is out of order). The bedroom and bathroom are down a narrow spiral staircase, so I wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. 「Good: The hotel is well located and impressive in its public areas. All the staff are friendly and polite The breakfast is very good Not so good: The room itself was not too impressive. The room was stuffy, safe didn’t work, and the shower was a trickle. Overall location 10 out of 10 so if you are out and about exploring York all day and arriving/departing by train it would be good choice. If you want to relax in your room then I would recommend a different room category or another hotel. 」
