「Everything was great and love all these heritage deco . Will be better if a coffee machine can be provided, I bring my own tea bag but couldn’t even find a cup inside the room. The only comment is a waitress was not too friendly to us (Asian )while we were having breakfast .」

「Wenn man nicht besonders wählerisch ist, was Luxus angeht, dann hat die Unterkunft schon gepasst. Zwei Dinge, die etwas gestört haben: - kaum Wasserdruck beim Duschen, was zwischendurch dazu geführt hat, dass gar kein Wasser mehr kam - das WLan war eher dürftig zwischendurch」

「Cozy room, nice spa, great wifi speed and connection, breakfast is okay, walkable to go cross the border to Germany. The disadvantage is the heaters (both room and bathroom) seems not function in midnight (at least not working from 10pm to 4am). The room is equipped with AC, but has no heater function.」

「Wir wurden sehr schön und nett empfangen und haben noch gute Informationen für das Sightseeing in Salzburg erhalten. 「Our stay at Villa Alma was remarkable. Sophia was an absolute treasure as the manager of the property. She was there for check in and a tour of the facility, and became our friend during out stay. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, courteous and kind. The food was amazing for breakfast and if we need some food at other times. The access to the lake, and all of the facilities were perfect. Best stay we could have imagined. We would come back again without question.」

「Super schöne Zimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Trotz nicht vorhandener Rezeption war es vollkommen klar und einfach erklärt. Frühstück wird an die zimmertür gebracht, zur info wird ein zettel unter die tür geschoben. Fanden wir irgendwie richtig lieb und nostalgisch. Was ich empfehlen würde wäre besteck im zimmer. Das wirklich gute frühstück lässt mit solch holz besteck etwas schwierig essen. Das Restaurant im haus gehört nicht zum hotel, ist aber sehr freundlich und gut und man...

交通便利近火車站

"交通地點非常便利，近火車站數百公尺，老城或米拉貝爾花園可搭公車或散布；一切完美，可惜房間地毯較舊，熱水壺未清理，若能加強一線服務更好"

The hotel is great

"Very good service and kindly people. The location is nearby the Garden and train station. The room is quiet and I have a good dream each night. The restaurant also is very good to go for eat. The room is clean. Very good experience !! I will choose to stay in this hotel again while I visit Salzburg."
