「I was there for brief stay but directions for UBER pickup on both occasions were confusing. In once instance I had to walk behind the hotel....but didn't see where I was to stand...eventually driver stopped;
I often have early morning flights and like to get breakfast but room service doesn't start till 7 and it took 30 minutes to arrive. Had to eat quickly. Need to accommodate early risers.」
