「Communication from the host was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy. No tv in the room, but we really didn’t care. It was a surprise for my family and they loved it. Perfect if you want a quiet affordable getaway. Walking distance to inner harbor. Breakfast was included and provided by a family owned cafe called Imagine. Your choice of fruit and yogurt or a breakfast sandwich on banock bread… it was called Imagine Cafe and they make an awesome wood fired pizza.」

「We loved the food and beer at the restaurant. The room was quaint and quiet, we were very comfortable. There is a nice pathway to walk right along the water and downtown is really close. Would def recommend!」

「The Pendray is in a great location, walking distance to lots of sites. Breakfast is luxury, a mini afternoon tea every morning is a special treat. Room was nice and spacious. Only hiccup was our parking was occupied and the keys to our room did not work for over an hour. Hotel did not do anything until hotels.com mentioned something but then they did try to make up for the mishap(although it was on our last day)」

「We have been here three years in a row now. The views are amazing, either overlooking Beacon Hill park or the Salish Sea. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorating with an antique charm. Many have jacuzzi tubs fitted as well. Breakfasts are great, we had eggs with sausage one day, then French toast and then pancakes. Each day with a fruit cup and hash browns and bacon as well, delicious. Easy fifteen minute walk, mostly through Beacon Hill park, to the Royal BC Museum, Parliament...
