「I’ve been looking for a hotel we can stay on my business trip in Chicago. I think this is going to be the one. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. 」

「Erick was very friendly and responsive. The neighborhood around was wonderful. We walked everywhere we went and were able to park on the street with no problems. We would stay again. Thank you!」

「The view is great, but transportation is only available by taxi, and parking in Chicago is expensive. Living in the city center may be more convenient for shopping.」

「The hotel was under renovations and that was not visibly disclosable. There was no area to hang out in the front. The rooms were small with small beds and over stated on how many people could sleep in a room. The pool was very long, big and could accommodate a lot of people. The cafe was nice as it offered coffee and nice breakfast options. Hotel did serve hot cocoa and cookies. It’s fine hotel to stay at if you’re not looking for anything special. 」

「I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.」
