「The person on duty at the desk the evening we checked in did something NO other lodging staff member has ever done. We were coming back from dinner around 10:30 pm and she asked, “Is there anything you need?” My partner always has a glass of milk before bed and asked for that, and the dear woman retrieved a glass for him from the breakfast area.」
