「It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. 」

「The space was excellent. I was impressed with the quality of the room, especially considering the location and dates of my rental. I would definitely use them again. 」

「The location of the hotel was excellent, close to shopping, dinning and right on the water. The room was a little outdated and the walls were thin. We could hear our neighbors TV and being load. I would definitely stay here again but request a corner room 」

「The room has a smell of cigarette smoking and the air conditioning was broken in our room. We managed to move into another room with a floor cooler. When we were packing to move, a person who claimed to be the manager of the hotel called our room and told us to vacate the room right that moment. He was very impolite. In the room which we switched to, it still felt hot like outside at 33 degrees as the window was not securely taped, therefore there was a leak in the window caused by the air duct...

Disappointing. Broken Air Conditioning.
