「No staff in the lobby except for when we first checked in. Room needed updating - strong disinfectant smell, leather coming off chair, hole in bathroom wall. Poor breakfast selection - only cold cereal, toast and 1 yogurt, no milk, no bakery, no fruit and no staff to refill missing items. Having said that, the room & linens were clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.」
