「Overall we really liked the property. It's right beside the Kalispell airport, so it's convenient for that . However, there aren't really any restaurants or shops around there, so you need to go to either Kalispell or Whitefish (10-15 mins away). The hotel itself is very nice, staff was nice, rooms were clean. Our only complaint was that the bed was very firm. Some people might like that, but we prefer a little softer. 」

「Breakfast was sub par regular crappy hotel breakfast. Free cookies were always gone. Stains on the carpet. Just kinda meh. I pay extra for nice hotels with nice unique little perks. This wasn’t worth it. 」

「We had a large group stay in 3 different rooms and every single person (ages 7-75) LOVED their stay! All of the special touches like snow shoes to borrow, hot chocolate bar, wonderfully hot water, the DEN (major highlight for the families) the outdoor pools, porches that look out to the river, very close to stores and directly across from the SNOW BUS stop, everything was spotless even the toilet paper was folded to a point!
