My biggest complaint is the key cards. I have stayed there probably 5-6 times over the past couple years during family visits. And every time I have had issues with my key cards not working to enter my room. That needs to be fixed! One of my arrival was late, between 11-12pm and I went back and forth to the front desk, luggage in tow, 3x, only to find that my room had been given to someone else, who we woke up while they were sleeping, and I had to take the room that customer had reserved. I was exhausted and frustrated, and not happy! But again this last visit, key card problems on several occasions. Otherwise, I am always very happy with the room and breakfast, and service.
