「staff was very rude and wasnt helpful at all. my room key didnt work for 3 times in a day and each time they asked me to go to the reception where you have to walk outside to get there.. in general staff at the reception were rude 」

「We loved our stay at Mamie Megève. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely. Initially we had thought it might have been an issue having to get a shuttle to the slopes but they were regular and really easy. Special shoutout to Miloud, a driver from a neighbouring hotel (L’ambrosie) who picked us up from the slopes and took us back to Mamie Megeve. The only negative is that if you have a room giving to the front, you may be woken up by loud voices - usually young people coming out of nightclubs. 」
