「There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.」

「Alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind gross und ruhig. Da wir mit unserem JHund unterwegs sind ärgern wir uns immer wieder über die hohen Kosten für die Vierbeiner. Ich denke, dass nach unserem Aufenthalt niemand bemerkte, dass ein Hund im Zimmer war. Wir fänden es angemessener, dass eine Pauschale für den Hund berechnet würde und nicht einen Betrag pro Nacht.」

「This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. 「Our room was newly renovated. Large bathroom. Right in the main square. A little tricky to arrive as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area but Marco at reception was super helpful. Parking is an 11 min walk from the hotel in a secured location. Staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is very clean. There are no elevators but staff offered to assist with our bags. Overall a great experience. 」
