We were not informed that construction was going on, so not only could I not sleep due to the uncomfortable and incredibly loud squeaky bed, but I was woken at 5 am from the construction and dust falling into my eyes from the ceiling. I contacted the owner and told her we were leaving and asked for a refund. After going back and forth she said she could put us somewhere else, but after this experience, I didn’t trust her. 「The view was beautiful 」

「We never got to stay in Rocky Point suites 2 we somehow got put in suites 1 which were very disappointing. I choose suite 2 due to reviews on #1 and the pictures. The only good I can say was the bed was comfortable and the location is amazing. But we had a sewage leak that dropped on me in the kitchen from the master bath above and the furniture and kitchen items are very low quality, the foyer and utility room smelled of gas, the fridge was from a low end trailer home, the grill was trashed...
