「This location was perfect as a getaway for couples. However, the online pictures are from when the property was renovated 2 years ago. It appears since that time, there has been limited groundskeepers. Of the three shown beach areas, only one was not over run by grass, weeds and debris making them not usable. The resort didn’t even bother to put chairs out anymore. The beach third area was limited and it was not because of washed up sea grass. Sidewalks, parking areas and other outdoor spaces...

「The hotel was pretty decent. Staff are really nice and respectful. Service to get a room ready was really slow but the room was nice. On the last day there though we did see a roach. 」

「Make sure to get a room that is beyond the gate so you have additional security. It was not a problem but I would have felt more secure if we had that extra level of security. The restaurant is not a part of the hotel so there is no way to charge meals or drinks. Otherwise, its a great place to stay and I will be back in January. 」

「I had a great time at the Grapetree hotel & villas. It’s very nice & the staff are super helpful & amazing. Taxi’s aren’t not super hard to get to we were able to explore the island as well. Love the restaurants & recommend to anyone who’s looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay. 😁」

「Highly recommended 」

「The condo was in j great condition, the grounds are beautiful! The pool was great and private but If you want to use the beach don’t book due to no water access. They have a beautiful view but the seaweed is bad and in no rain times it smells horrific. 」

「We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay near the downtown or ferry/seaplane port. Natalie was very welcome and accommodating. The rooms were clean, roomy with AC and a small kitchenette. It also included a light continental breakfast. Thank you for being such gracious hosts. 」
