「An absolutely disappointing experience.. We came in early, our fault... We didn't realize check in was at 3.. At 3pm we were issued a key to a room that wasn't ready yet.. Went back to to reception and we were issued another chalet... There are no fans or air-conditioning units in the chalet.. The chalet was infested with flies.. Drove up to reception and was handed a can of doom... So, no air-conditioning or fan and we can't keep the windows or doors open cos the flies are a bother.. I counted...
