「Stayed in historic block, pretty old decor, bed linen was stained. Noisy drunken crowds slamming on doors for 30 mins after 3am. Stains on the bedsheet. Didn’t feel like 4 stars at all」

「The hotel is very easy to access from the airport. Take the UP train from terminal 1 to Union station. Then take the underground yellow line four stops North to College and then a ten minute walk. Hotel itself, very clean. Room spacious, clean and tidy. Bathroom, modern and clean. Breakfast, plenty of choices with hot and cold food available. Lovely hotel to experience Toronto from. 」

「Staff are friendly. Laundry machine is dirty, especially the door seal with black stain, obviously with no or not enough regular cleansing. Breakfast room is small especially at week ends.Not enough pastry variety. Too big is the muffin. Only one chair in the guest room is not enough for two people having meal together.」
