「The front desk/manager was amazing. So kind and helpful. One staff member who really stood out was the older gentleman who ran the breakfast area. He had everything stocked at all times. My son was throwing a fit about not having chocolate milk. This man went and made him a glass with chocolate syrup from the waffle station. He was so kind and just amazing. The pool area was clean and so much fun. Overall we had an amazing stay!」

「Updated property with spacious rooms. Front Desk check in took about 35 minutes - only 1 person at the desk solving a problem while 6 of us waited to check in. The pool was down - the whole stay -- no reflection of the reduced amenities on the bill. 」

「Overall the stay was good. Although we stayed two nights, the first night the people above us was running and jumping through what sounded to be their entire room. Until well after midnight. Saturday night I finally called the desk because it was happening again. Front desk said they would call up there but it never stopped. This went on till about 2am or so. We had a baby in the room that kept getting woke up by the noise upstairs. 」

The workers we had when we were there were attentive and kind. However, one down side was that we did find a cockroach when we got into our room about an hour or so later.
