「Lovely stay, just little pieces of communication not given to us at check-in which would have meant giving the full 5 starts, we were not advised about the room cleaning and fresh towels (additional charges) which we would have been absolutely fine with had we known at the start. Apart from the the staff could not have been more helpful the Hotel catered for my fathers needs as we needed an accessible room. Thank you for this as it made the stay enjoyable for everyone!!」

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「We had a short break here in February. The accommodation met our needs but did feel that it could do with upgrading. Location was great and it was nice to be away from the main coastal areas. The pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers available. Reception staff always friendly and welcoming and were very helpful in helping to arrange for the return of an item I left behind. 」

「Great option for couples to relax. The neighborhood is very calm, not much life etc. We were looking for a hotel with a nice pool to relax by, this hotel was exactly what we needed. I would recommend to have a care during the stay, this place is a bit remote if you are looking for nice restaurants, bars etc. 」

「Property was lovely didn’t realise how Far out although only €15 to Adeje in a taxi rank at front door of hotel. Really loved the hotel rooms beautiful and different. Entertainment was great live music every night. Not much around the hotel few shops and places to eat. Food in the sessions buffet great choices. Being inclusive felt at a disadvantage as only allowed to eat in cafe at appointed times. I would not eat in the al a carte as an all inclusive guest again as poor service and...

还行的酒店

"酒店很漂亮，占据了绝佳的位置。缺点是房间里一瓶水也没有。晚餐好一天，差一天。早餐的食品除面包外，大多品质都不够高。我还吃了变质的玉米粒，全吐了出来。整体服务还不错。"
