「Room was clean and spacious. Loved that there was in-room washer/dryer. Common areas were dirty from other residents or guests. It’s in the middle of a college town so weekend evening noise is a thing, but didn’t bother me because I’m a deep sleeper. Plenty of restaurants and places to grab a drink. Very walkable to the heart of downtown. Just stay on the main streets.」

「It is very quiet and secluded property but once you are out and about everything is within reach.. 」

「Overall the property is excellent, but due to the apartment’s corner third floor location, it is a long walk from the parking garage. Also, a third party manages this apartment in conjunction with Hotels.com so it very much complicates the communication process and was an annoyance when it came to my being notified by its property manager that I hadn’t paid in full when in actuality Hotels.com had already given me a receipt.
