「Nice hotel, great staff, food a bit average but huge selection. Nice location. Had a swim up room, very nice. Evening entertainment was ok Queen tribute band excellent though. Too many trees, extra to use the room safe but on the whole good hotel. Might well return.」

「While I appreciated that it was a 'family' hotel, I would have preferred that one of the three pools available was adult-only. The exercise classes (and their 'leaders') were great, the table-waiting and cleaning staff were fabulous, and the food available was always excellent. 」

「The hotel was beautiful located with a view to the sea. The breakfast selection was good. We also really enjoyed the Neo. Bar. However, we needs more soap at our room which we never got. At the breakfast the staff was very stressed and seems sloppy in topping up different stuff. It more seemed as 3 star than a four star hotel. Nevertheless we did enjoy our stay. 」

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「I have stayed here a number of times before - it is clean, modern, well furbished and well located 5 mins walk from either the Yumbo or the Beach. It has two good pools and entertainment nightly. It was full on my recent visit and unfortunately for some reason staff were reserving large numbers of loungers before dawn each morning for guests who actually sometimes didn't use them during the day. This was annoying as these were in the best spots which meant you had to keep trying to move around...

「Lovely and peaceful. Nice rooms around a large pool which was heated in the winter. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but can be busy. All staff were friendly and the entertainment (activities during the day and poolside and evening entertainers) were great. The only downside is the location, it’s a long walk to anywhere else or a taxi and the footpaths locally are terrible. 」
