「The staff was helpful & friendly, but the hotel is located not in walking distance from tourist center」

「The hotel provided a nice stay for our 1 night in Cusco. It was about a 15 minute walk to the city center which is where most of the restaurants and shopping are. Only issue, which was nothing the hotel could control, was a lot of local dogs barking during the night. 」

「fair room feature, poor service. fair breadfast. there was one night room with no water at 8pm, went down to reception to ask is problem in my room, and wait for 30 mins still no feedback, and have to go down to reception to ask again, and finally said it is the city issue, entire street with no water until next day 4am, i was shocked since not even have water to flush toilet and ask if there bottle water provided, reception only said she need ask boss then also no feedback again. please train...

O atendimento dentre as comodidades de estar bem localizado e de ser bem limpinho, é o diferencial, uma equipe muito educada e prestativa. Vale pontuar que o hot tem excelentes restaurantes prócimo.
