「During check-in, it turned out that the employee was not able to correctly add up the amount due. I had to explain and show him twice where he made the mistake. Then it turned out that he couldn't scan my document. All of this delayed the process. During my stay, when I wanted to use the restaurant, it turned out to be impossible. At the reception, I was given different opening hours than those that were actually in effect. When I went to purchase a meal, I was told that it was already closed....

「Modern & sauberes Hotel Super freundliches Personal Qualitatives Essen (was man am Ballermann eigentlich nicht kennt) also wirklich gutes Buffet Großer Balkon mit Wäscheständer Zimmer etwas klein aber reicht aufjedenfall für ein paar Tage aus (Toilette war bei uns im Raum, also sollte man sich Wohl fühlen beim Partner mit dem man reist) aber vielleicht ist es auch nicht in jedem Zimmer so 」
